WHAT WE DO
Solargao provides EPC services for solar rooftop and solar irrigation projects. Established in 2013, we have an installed capacity of over 18MW across Dinajpur, Rangpur and Thakurgaon. We have been devoted to researching, developing and implementing green, renewable energy projects throughout Bangladesh, including solar and EV.

We provide a wide range of services, from solar systems for electrification to pilot projects such as modular cold-storage and even agent banking.
SOLAR IRRIGATION
Bangladesh is primarily an agrarian country, and agriculture is a source of livelihood for a majority of Bangladeshis. As such irrigation is of critical importance for the country’s agriculture sector, in terms of food security and sustained agricultural productivity.Diesel/Oil powered generators are what is typically used by farmers to irrigate their crops. There are massive negative consequences of using such energy sources from rising cost of such energy sources to the negative environmental impacts. Solargao Limited has introduced/converted nearly 800 different irrigation pumps all operated by clean, green, renewable energy
SOLAR HYBRID STATION
Solargao Limited has created a 130 KWP Solar-Diesel Hybrid Station to provide electricity to over 600 households, businesses and religious institutionsAs the solar energy harnessed would not be sufficient to power all needs, a solar hybrid station nevertheless, offsets a huge amount of costs for the end users as long as offset the carbon emissions from using a fully diesel powered system.
SOLAR MINI-GRID STATION
To promote alternative infrastructure and source of clean electricity to rural communities across Bangladesh, Solargao has installed and operated a 138, 158 and 250 KW, PV (photovoltaic) solar power generation plants (mini-grids) to provide renewable electricity to thousands of households and small enterprises. The projects are situated in north-eastern Bangladesh.
MODULAR COLD STORAGE
Currently farmers do not have access to storage facilities – seasonal over-supply of agro products leads to farmers incurring heavy losses. We have built various sizes starting from 0.5T, with power consumption from 1.45kWh completely power using the sun’s solar energy, aimed toward rural areas without grid connectivity for short-term cold storage for fruits and vegetables and other perishable items
